On the road to Dingle


Still had Killarney as our hub – travelled to the farthest south-west point of Ireland today. Finally had a sunny day – the green and lush Irish landscape was breathtaking. As we drove along the Peninsula the scenery grew more and more spectacular.


Dingle was a small fishing & tourist town where we lunched and shopped.


 Luckily the single track road we travelled did not have too many big trucks to meet with the coach. Our driver, John, was amazing – hairpin turns were too many to count.  



Returned to Killarney for a lovely Dinner and Ceilidh with Billy & Trudie entertaining, together with two national champion dancers – Sarah & Jenny. They all were marvellous! Yet another fantastic day in Ireland.
